We’re here to ensure your vehicle delivery experience is smooth and hassle-free. Follow the steps below to make sure you are ready for your delivery day!
Step 1: Finalise Your Payment
See below information regarding the payment method relevant to you.
Bank Transfer
- Transfer the remaining balance 24-48 hours before your delivery day.
- Your delivery appointment will be confirmed by your Sales Consultant once funds have cleared.
Bank Cheque
- Once your bank cheque has been issued, please share a photo of the cheque you’re your Sales Consultant to confirm the details are correct and they will organise your delivery appointment with you.
Credit Card
- Your Retail Business Manager will contact you directly to arrange payment before delivery and arrange your appointment.
- Note: Some banks may have transaction limits or security restrictions for large payments. And a payment surcharge may apply.
In-House Finance
- Once your Retail Business Manager confirms the delivery date, no further action from you is required.
External Finance
- Your delivery appointment will be organised with your Sales Consultant once funds have cleared.
Novated Lease
- Your delivery appointment will be organised with your Sales Consultant once funds have cleared.
Step 2: Prepare for Delivery (Trade-In Vehicles)
If you’re trading in a vehicle as part of your purchase, please ensure the following.
- Prepare your trade-in vehicle: Please let your Sales Consultant know if there have been any damage or changes to your vehicle ahead of your delivery appointment.
- Bring your registration paperwork: If the trade-in vehicle is under a different or joint name from your new vehicle, you will need to sign an authorisation form.
- Bring your original Vehicle Contents: Bring all original items that came with your trade-in vehicle, including cargo blinds, spare wheels, jack tools, logbooks/manuals, and all keys.
Step 3: Personalised Plates
If your new vehicle will have personalised plates.
- The plate owner(s) must be present on the delivery day to provide a wet signature on the registration forms.
Step 4: Download the “Hello Smart” App
- Enhance your smart ownership experience and make it easier to set up your new vehicle by downloading the Hello Smart app before your delivery appointment. Access vehicle features, track updates, and stay connected with ease!
