FAQs about connectivity

smart provides a wide range of connectivity features, including embedded navigation, a voice assistant (smart companion), in-car third-party apps such as music streaming, podcasts and games, as well as mobile phone remote control capabilities via the Hello smart App.

The connectivity features activate automatically once the in-car SIM card is enabled. Some third-party apps might require users to have their own subscription accounts. To use mobile phone functions, activate the app by pairing it with the vehicle.
