You can only choose your own licensed repairer to repair your car if you have chosen and paid for the optional benefit Choice of Repairer. If you have not added the Choice of Repairer option to your policy, we will normally use a QBE Accredited Smash Repairer or another licensed repairer we select to repair your car.
