Each smart vehicle comes with a 5-year or 150,000km (whichever comes first) warranty on materials and workmanship, starting from the date of first registration. It covers free vehicle repair and replacement of any defective parts (excluding wear and tear items, and accident repairs).
High-voltage battery warranty
Your smart comes with 8 years or 150,000km & state of health > or = to 70% high-voltage battery warranty to give you peace of mind. The high voltage battery 8 Years warranty period is up to 8 years from the date of registration and fully covered by smart. The vehicle must be serviced every 20,000km or 1 year (whichever comes first) and maintained by smart appointed authorised dealers in accordance with the vehicle’s standard warranty terms and conditions.

In addition, to the High-voltage battery warranty smart provide 8 Years or 150,000km (whichever comes first) High-voltage core components warranty covering, Electric-drive motor, controller, and vehicle control.
