Program commencement: 1 August 2026

1. The Program
   The smart Connections Referral Program (“Program”) rewards eligible customers who refer a new customer to a participating LSH Auto smart dealership. For each successful qualifying referral, the referring customer (“Referrer”) will receive a $500 Evie charging voucher.
   
   
2. Who can refer
   The Referrer must:
   • be 18 years or older;
   • be a current or previous LSH Auto customer;
   • provide their full name, phone number and email address; and
   • have the Referred Customer’s permission to provide their contact details.
   Employees, contractors and immediate family members of LSH Auto employees or contractors are not eligible unless approved by LSH Auto in writing.
   
   
3. How to refer
   Referrals must be submitted through the official online referral form, directly to a participating LSH Auto smart dealership, or by email where accepted by LSH Auto.
   The Referrer must provide their own details, the Referred Customer’s details and their preferred LSH Auto smart dealership.
   The referral must be submitted before the Referred Customer makes an enquiry or starts their purchase journey with LSH Auto. This includes requesting a quote or test drive, visiting a dealership, placing an order, paying a deposit or otherwise committing to purchase.
   For online referrals, the date and time of submission will be automatically recorded and used to determine referral eligibility.
   
   
4. Qualifying referral
   A referral qualifies only if:
   • it was submitted before the Referred Customer commenced their purchase journey;
   • the Referred Customer was not already an active lead or sales opportunity in LSH Auto’s records;
   • they purchase an eligible new smart vehicle from a participating LSH Auto smart dealership; and
   • they pay for and take delivery of the vehicle.
   A referral does not qualify if the purchase is cancelled, the deposit is refunded, the contract is terminated or the vehicle is not delivered.
   
   
5. Reward
   The Referrer will receive one $500 Evie charging voucher for each successful qualifying referral.
   The voucher will be issued after the Referred Customer takes delivery of their vehicle. Please allow a reasonable processing period.
   The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used as a vehicle purchase discount.
   A Referrer may receive rewards for multiple successful referrals, subject to these Terms & Conditions. If more than one person refers the same customer, the reward will be provided to the first eligible referral recorded by LSH Auto.
   
   
6. Exclusions
   The Program does not apply to:
   • self-referrals;
   • used or demonstrator vehicles;
   • fleet, government or rental purchases;
   • vehicles purchased through another dealership group; or
   • purchases completed before the referral was recorded.
   
   
7. Evie voucher
   The voucher is supplied and managed by Evie Networks and is subject to Evie’s applicable terms, conditions, expiry date, account and app requirements. LSH Auto is not responsible for Evie’s charging network, pricing, availability or voucher system.
   
   
8. Privacy
   The Referrer must have the Referred Customer’s permission before providing their personal information. Information collected through the Program will be used to contact the Referred Customer, manage the enquiry and purchase, assess eligibility and administer the reward, in accordance with LSH Auto’s privacy policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.
   
   
9. Program administration
   LSH Auto may verify the identity of the Referrer and Referred Customer, the timing of the referral and the eligibility of the purchase.
   LSH Auto may change, suspend or withdraw the Program at any time. Referrals already properly submitted before a change or withdrawal will be assessed under the Terms & Conditions applicable when the referral was submitted.
   LSH Auto’s decision regarding eligibility is final, subject to any rights available under Australian law.
   
   
10. Australian Consumer Law
    Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
