smart #5 Introductory Offer

Terms & Conditions

Program commencement: 1 August 2026

1. The smart #5 Introductory Offer is available to the first 60 eligible retail customers who place an order for a new smart #5 between 18 September and 31 December 2026.
   
   
2. To qualify, the customer must:
   • place an order for a new smart #5 between 18 September 2026 and 31 December 2026; and
   • take delivery of the vehicle on or before 31 December 2026.
   
   
3. The offer is limited to the first 60 qualifying smart #5 retail orders.
   
   
4. Each eligible customer will receive one genuine smart-branded 7.4 kW Wi-Fi-enabled wall box, with a recommended retail value of $1,990 (part only).
   
   
5. Installation is not included. Customers are responsible for arranging installation by a suitably qualified and licensed electrician and for all associated installation costs, including any electrical upgrades or other works required at the property.
   
   
6. The wall box offer:
   • is limited to one wall box per eligible vehicle;
   • is not transferable;
   • is not redeemable for cash; and
   • cannot be exchanged for any additional vehicle discount, credit or other benefit.
   
   
7. The wall box will only be provided once the qualifying smart #5 has been delivered to the end customer. Cancelled orders or vehicles not delivered to the end customer will not qualify for the offer.
   
   
8. The offer ends once 60 eligible smart #5 vehicles have been ordered, or on 31 December 2026, whichever occurs first.
