By clicking to accept these terms and conditions and/or placing a reservation on a vehicle as described below, you agree to these terms, which form a contract between you and LSH Auto (Sydney) Pty Ltd (“LSH Auto”).

1. The Offer
   • With a reservation deposit placed during the Sydney EV Show (31 October 2025), LSH Auto is offering:
   • All-electric smart from $47,990 driveaway*
   • Plus 3 years or 60,000 km of complimentary scheduled servicing as per the vehicle’s standard service schedule.
   • The advertised national drive-away price of $47,990 applies to the smart #1 Pro+. Other smart model variants with special national drive-away pricing are also available. Please contact the smart team for other pricing details.
   • Optional special metallic paint or further options incur additional costs.
   • Drive-away pricing is available on 2024 build vehicles only, while stocks last, for customers in NSW, VIC, and QLD.
   • Prices include GST, registration, CTP insurance, stamp duty, dealer delivery charges, and the 3 years / 60,000 km complimentary scheduled servicing.
   • The offer is valid for vehicles ordered by 30 November 2025 and delivered by 31 December 2025, unless extended.
   • Complimentary servicing terms:
   • Covers standard scheduled maintenance only; additional repairs, consumables, or wear-and-tear items are not included.
   • Must be performed at LSH Auto’s smart Sydney dealership.
   • Valid for 3 years from delivery or up to 60,000 km, whichever occurs first.
2. Reservation Request
   • By placing a reservation, you are requesting LSH Auto to order the selected Vehicle and arrange for its delivery to an LSH Auto dealership.
   • This Reservation does not constitute a contract for sale, ownership, or other rights in the Vehicle. A separate Contract for the Purchase of a New Vehicle must be entered into to complete the purchase.
3. Deposit Payment and Application
   • You agree to pay a reservation deposit of $[500] (“Deposit”).
   • The Deposit is fully refundable at any time prior to signing the Vehicle Order Form. Once signed, the Deposit becomes non-refundable unless agreed in writing or if LSH Auto cancels the Reservation.
   • Upon completion of the purchase, the Deposit will be applied toward the final purchase price of the Vehicle.
   • If LSH Auto cancels the Reservation, the Deposit will be refunded in full.
4. Customer Responsibilities
   • Confirm your purchase intent by 07 November 2025 to secure the exclusive EV show offer.
   • Collect the Vehicle by 30 November 2025.
   • Arrange inspections or test drives as needed.
   • Enter into the Contract for the Purchase of a New Vehicle provided by LSH Auto.
   • Submit a finance application if financing is required.
   • Failure to Complete Purchase:
   • If you choose not to proceed after signing the Vehicle Order Form, the Deposit will be forfeited (unless LSH Auto is the cause of cancellation).
5. Vehicle Availability
   • Drive-away pricing and the complimentary servicing apply only to vehicles in stock and cannot be combined with other offers or programs, including existing fleet arrangements.
   • Demonstrator models are sold “as is” with the balance of warranty and registration where relevant.
   • LSH Auto will not be liable beyond refunding your Deposit if a Reservation is not accepted or the Vehicle becomes unavailable.
6. Additional Terms
   • LSH Auto reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
   • Optional features and paints incur additional costs.
7. Force Majeure

   LSH Auto is not liable for failure to meet obligations due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, supplier delays).

8. Severability

   If any part of these terms is unenforceable, it will be modified or removed, but the remainder will continue to apply.

9. Entire Agreement

   These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LSH Auto regarding the Reservation and override any prior discussions or representations.

10. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the handling LSH Auto dealership is located. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of that state’s courts.
